Join me weekly for this 10-minute guided meditation that integrates mindfulness meditation + stretching. If you're brand new to meditation, this is the perfect environment to learn and build the skill!

Integrative Stretching Classes & Private Sessions
Designed and delivered by a Certified Exercise Physiologist, this class will help you physically by loosening tense muscles. You will benefit mentally/emotionally by practicing mindfulness and strengthening the mind-body connection.
Space is limited to 5 participants per class to give you a personalized experience and ensure your specific needs are addressed each class.

Functional Fitness Training
Delivered by a Certified Exercise Physiologist, this program is designed to bring you balance and improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular fitness, flexibility, and balance.
This personal training program emphasizes body weight exercises and minimal equipment.
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Integrative Reiki sessions include complementary treatments such as sound therapy, aromatherapy, light stretching, and guided meditation.
