Integrative Lifestyle Coaching
Feel your best mentally and physically by tackling all aspects of your lifestyle. This is an individualized program designed to support your personal goals. Every session is tailored to your interests and needs. We will discuss your current health state, personal goals, barriers to change, and your motivation.
We'll review past successes and failures, explore all of your options, and choose a path that is both productive and safe.
30-minute sessions - available in person or over the phone

Nutrition: mindful eating, anti-inflammation

Focus on Fitness
Individuals of all shapes and sizes need to be active to achieve optimal physical and emotional well-being. Whether you're a complete novice or a former athlete, sometimes you just need a little help with getting started.
Based on your current fitness level and personal needs and preferences, we'll develop a safe and effective plan to help you achieve your goals.
Healthy Body Program
Develop an understanding of healthy eating practices and slowly integrate key principles to your lifestyle. Review and discuss current nutrition-related habits and identify areas of focus. Develop a healthy relationship with food, emotional eating, and mindful eating.
Learn strategies for all needs: overall healthy balance, weight loss, gain, or maintenance, improve blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar.
Healthy Mind Program
Learn cognitive and behavioral strategies to overcome stress and anxiety and promote happiness.
This program will vary greatly from person to person, but you can be sure to identify your personal stressors and develop plan to manage the situation at hand.
We will set short and long-term goals to integrate stress-reducing activities in daily life. Experience mindfulness practice and learn how to bring a healthy awareness to everyday life.
